ILP have been manufacturing steel and rubber products for over 17 years. We have just manufactured a new range of steel reinforced recycled rubber Bollards and Barricades.
Our standard traffic bollards and verge markers are low maintenance and very durable, they can come complete with reflective strips.
The re-cycled rubber verge marker is an ideal environmentally friendly replacement to the wooden/plastic verge markers and will not crack or snap off if accidentally knocked.
Being made from 90% recycled rubber all of the above products meet with environmental aims and requirements.
Medway and Swale Bollards - Square Bollards/Verge Markers
Due to their unique design, the Medway and Swale Bollards are more robust, flexible and longer lasting than existing recycled plastic and wooden equivalents.
Maintenance free and virtually graffiti and vandalism resistant, they are ideal for open spaces or roadside verges.
Both bollards have an integrally moulded galvanised steel core.
The bollards are 1 metre in height and designed to have approx. 300/500mm in the ground.
Both bollards are150mm square.
Body colour: Black as standard, terracotta red and green available to order.
Unlike wood our bollards will not rot or splinter and are long lasting.
Both bollards have a pre-moulded concrete in snagging groove for secure fixings and can come complete with hi-glow safety reflective band.
Composition and manufacture
Standard bollards and verge markers are all made using 90% recycled vehicle tyres.
All steel reinforcing inserts are galvanised for long life.
We can make bespoke bollards to your requirements and also make rubber bollards to cover unsightly bollards/metal posts.
Appearance
Our bollards are fully pressure moulded from 90% recycled rubber and come in black, terracotta red and green.
All the finished products are very aesthetic and would not look out of place in the most prestigious of areas. Round 200mm diameter rubber bollards are also available.
